Comfort on Every Level: Multi-Level Climate Control at ENZO

In an ENZO townhome, every level has its own temperature setting.
Upstairs. Main level. Below.
Bedrooms can stay cooler for sleeping. The living room can feel warmer through slow Vancouver mornings. The den can remain comfortable during the workday—without setting the entire home to one temperature.
What is multi-level climate control?
Multi-level climate control allows different floors of a home to be heated or cooled independently.
Each of ENZO’s 20 non-stacked townhomes features an individual VRF heating and air-conditioning system designed for precise, personalized comfort across the home.
This means residents can:
Set temperatures according to how each level is used
Keep sleeping spaces cooler than living areas
Adjust the den for working from home
Heat or cool occupied areas more intentionally
Enjoy year-round comfort through Vancouver’s changing seasons
Comfort that follows daily life
A family does not use every part of the home in the same way—or at the same time.
Mornings begin in the kitchen. Workdays may unfold in the den. Evenings gather around the living room. At night, cooler bedrooms create a calmer setting for rest.
ENZO’s independent multi-level temperature control responds to these different routines, allowing comfort to follow the household rather than asking the household to adapt to a single setting.
Individual comfort in every ENZO home
The VRF system belongs to the individual residence. Each homeowner controls the heating and air conditioning within their own townhome, independently of neighbouring homes.
Combined with ENZO’s non-stacked, side-by-side architecture—with no neighbour directly above or below—it creates a quieter, more private and more personally controlled living environment.
Because thoughtful residential design is not only something you see.
It is something you feel—on every level.
