EVERY BEDROOM, FULL-SIZED.

ENZO Plan B floor plan highlighting full-sized Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 accommodates a queen bed and desk, while Bedroom 3 fits a queen or king bed, two nightstands and a desk.

In Plan B at ENZO, both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are designed as full-sized, functional bedrooms.

A three-bedroom home should offer three bedrooms that genuinely work.

In many new Vancouver townhomes, the primary bedroom receives most of the space. Bedroom 2 may be functional, while Bedroom 3 becomes substantially smaller—large enough to satisfy the bedroom count, but difficult to furnish for everyday life.

Plan B at ENZO takes a different approach.

Both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are full-sized bedrooms with space for sleeping and studying. Bedroom 2 accommodates a queen-sized bed and a desk. More unusually, Bedroom 3 can accommodate a queen- or king-sized bed, two nightstands and a desk.

This is not the primary suite.

This is the third bedroom.

A FULL-SIZED THIRD BEDROOM.

The third bedroom is often where three-bedroom floor plans begin to compromise.

It may fit a single bed, but leave limited room for a desk. It may fit a larger bed, but only by removing the nightstands or reducing the room’s circulation. The bedroom exists by count, yet cannot comfortably support the way a child, teenager, guest or family member actually lives.

Bedroom 3 in Plan B is different.

It is designed to accommodate:

  • A queen- or king-sized bed

  • Two nightstands

  • A dedicated desk

  • Functional space around the furniture

The room does not need to choose between sleeping and studying. Both uses are designed into the floor plan.

BEDROOM 2 IS FULL-SIZED, TOO.

The same attention extends to Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 in Plan B accommodates a queen-sized bed and a desk, giving it the scale and flexibility required for everyday family life.

Together, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 occupy their own level, separate from the primary suite above. Each has the space to function as a proper bedroom rather than an overflow room, compact nursery or nominal third bedroom.

The result is clear: Plan B does not offer one large primary bedroom and two compromised rooms.

It offers three genuinely usable bedrooms.

DESIGNED TO GROW WITH THE FAMILY.

Children grow. Beds become larger. Schoolwork becomes more demanding. The way a bedroom is used changes over time.

A third bedroom that only works with child-sized furniture may feel sufficient at first, but become restrictive within a few years. A full-sized third bedroom gives families greater freedom to adapt without outgrowing the home.

The desk can begin as a place for drawing, become a homework station and later support studying or working from home. A queen- or king-sized bed can be introduced when needed, while the room continues to function comfortably.

Bedroom 3 is not designed only for a young child.

It is designed to remain useful as that child grows.

THREE BEDROOMS DESIGNED FOR REAL LIFE.

Plan B is part of ENZO’s boutique collection of 20 non-stacked townhomes in Vancouver’s South Cambie neighbourhood.

The primary bedroom occupies its own upper level. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are positioned together on the level below, where both are designed as full-sized bedrooms.

Bedroom 2: space for a queen-sized bed and a desk.

Bedroom 3: space for a queen- or king-sized bed, two nightstands and a desk.

Not simply three bedrooms by count.

Three bedrooms designed to be lived in.
