ENZO construction update · August 2026

Exterior materials are now being installed at ENZO Townhomes, marking another visible milestone in the construction of 20 non-stacked homes at 530 West 59th Avenue in South Cambie, Vancouver.

ENZO is beginning to look unmistakably like ENZO.

With each completed section, the architecture moves beyond its structural form. The texture, depth and quiet composition previously seen in drawings and renderings are now becoming visible on site.

From Structure to Finished Architecture

Exterior installation changes how a building is read.

Window openings, proportions and individual residences become more defined. Materials begin to establish the rhythm of the façade, while colour and texture bring depth to the architecture.

It is the stage when the finished identity of the homes starts to emerge—not as an image, but as something real within the neighbourhood.

For future residents, this milestone provides a clearer sense of arrival. The homes they have imagined are becoming increasingly tangible.

More Than an Exterior Appearance

Exterior materials contribute to more than how a home looks.

Together with the wider building-envelope system, exterior assemblies help protect each residence through Vancouver’s changing seasons. Careful coordination around windows, transitions and material connections supports lasting performance and interior comfort.

Much of this precision will become less visible as construction advances. Its value will remain in homes designed to feel protected, comfortable and quietly dependable.

Twenty Non-Stacked Homes in South Cambie

ENZO is a boutique collection of 20 non-stacked, side-by-side townhomes on Vancouver’s West Side.

Each residence is designed as a complete multi-level home, with no neighbour directly above or below and no shared ceilings or floors. Every ENZO home includes three bedrooms, a den and a flex space, providing adaptable room for family life, working from home, storage and the years ahead.

The combination of private multi-level living, house-like layouts and a quiet South Cambie setting offers an alternative for families seeking more independence than a conventional condominium.

On Schedule for Spring 2027 Move-In

As of August 2026, construction at ENZO remains on schedule for completion and move-in readiness in Spring 2027.

The on-site ENZO Display Home is planned to open in Fall 2026, giving future homeowners the opportunity to experience the real proportions, finishes and design quality of the residences at the construction site.
