This week at ENZO Townhomes, the construction team continues working through the exterior details of the residences at 530 West 59th Avenue in South Cambie, Vancouver.

Every measurement, fitting and connection contributes to how the completed homes will perform through Vancouver’s changing seasons. Much of this work will eventually disappear behind the finished architecture. Its value will remain—in homes that feel protected, comfortable and quietly dependable.

At this stage of construction, ENZO’s team is reviewing and completing the connections around windows, exterior cladding and other elements of the building envelope. These details help manage moisture, protect the structure and support lasting interior comfort.

ENZO’s in-house construction team remains directly involved on site, connecting the original development vision with its execution.

Details are measured, fitted and reviewed while the work remains accessible. This hands-on oversight helps protect the architectural intent, coordinate the different building systems and maintain consistency throughout ENZO’s limited collection of 20 residences.

It is care that may not always be visible after completion—but will continue to shape daily life within each home.

Twenty Non-Stacked Townhomes in South Cambie

ENZO is a boutique collection of 20 non-stacked townhomes on Vancouver’s West Side.

Each side-by-side residence is designed as a complete multi-level home, with no neighbour directly above or below and no shared ceilings or floors. Every home includes three bedrooms, a den and a flex space, offering adaptable room for family life, working, storage and the years ahead.

On Schedule for Spring 2027 Move-In

As of August 2026, ENZO construction remains on schedule for completion and move-in readiness in Spring 2027.

The on-site ENZO Display Home is planned to open in Fall 2026, allowing future homeowners to experience the real proportions, finishes and design quality of the residences at the construction site.
