ENZO construction update · August 10, 2026
Natural light reaches every corner at ENZO—even the stairwell.
This week’s construction update offers a first look inside the real, built space at 530 West 59th Avenue. No rendering. No imagined perspective. Daylight is already entering through the windowed stairwell, bringing openness, calm and spatial clarity between levels.
It is a detail that changes how the entire home feels.
Beyond the Main Rooms
Light is often considered in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. At ENZO, it continues into the spaces between them.
The stairwell is part of everyday life: the quiet walk downstairs before breakfast, children moving between bedrooms and living spaces, the familiar journey upstairs at the end of the evening. By introducing natural light here, a functional passage becomes an open and uplifting part of the home.
There is less sense of moving through an enclosed interior. Instead, daylight accompanies you from one level to the next.
The result feels calm, clear and distinctly house-like.
Now Visible on Site
As construction progresses, ENZO’s architectural intentions are becoming tangible.
The windowed stairwell seen on site demonstrates how natural light can reach beyond individual rooms and influence the experience of the entire residence. It brings definition to each level while maintaining a visual sense of connection throughout the home.
This is what thoughtful residential design can do: make even the transitional spaces feel considered.
Not simply brighter.
Better to live in.
House-Like Living on Vancouver’s West Side
ENZO is a boutique collection of 20 non-stacked townhomes in South Cambie on Vancouver’s West Side. Each residence is designed as a complete multi-level home, with no neighbour directly above or below and no shared ceilings or floors.
Every home includes three bedrooms, a den and a flex space, providing adaptable room for family life, working from home, storage and the years ahead.
Together, ENZO’s side-by-side architecture, naturally lit interiors and quiet residential setting create an experience closer to single-family living—without the scale, maintenance and price of a detached house.
Construction Progressing Toward Spring 2027
Construction at ENZO continues to move forward toward completion and move-in readiness in Spring 2027.
As windows are installed and interior spaces become increasingly defined, future homeowners can begin to see how the architecture will feel in daily life: private, composed and filled with natural light.
From the main living spaces to the quiet passages between them, every part of the home has been considered.
Light, in every corner.
