Progress You Can See: ENZO

Construction progress as of July 13, 2026. The buildings are standing. The space between them is coming into view. And what began as architectural drawings is becoming a place 20 families will soon call home.

ENZO is now visibly taking shape on Vancouver’s West Side. From Plans to Future Homes

The wood-frame structures now reveal the physical scale of the community: individual residences arranged around ENZO’s private central courtyard. More than a construction milestone, this stage allows future homeowners to begin seeing how life here will feel—the walk toward their own front door, the openness between the buildings and the privacy created by ENZO’s side-by-side architecture.

It is progress you can see — and space you can finally understand.

A Rare Non-Stacked Townhome Design

ENZO is a boutique collection of 20 non-stacked townhomes in Vancouver. Unlike conventional stacked developments, ENZO homes are designed without another residence directly above or below.

That means:

  • No shared ceilings

  • No shared floors

  • No upstairs neighbour

  • No downstairs neighbour

The result is a more house-like sense of privacy, independence and acoustic separation—within the ease of a thoughtfully planned townhome community.

43 Feet of Breathing Room

As construction advances, ENZO’s approximately 43-foot separation between its facing buildings is becoming tangible. This generous distance creates a brighter and more open courtyard environment. It gives the homes room to breathe while establishing a calm arrival at the centre of the community. Even during construction, the scale is already visible.

Designed for Everyday Family Life

Every ENZO residence offers three bedrooms, a den and a flex space, with approximately 1,442 to 1,565 square feet of interior living. The homes combine side-by-side architecture with practical details designed around everyday Vancouver family life, including direct private access from the parkade, multi-level heating and air conditioning, and indoor and outdoor spaces with room to adapt. It is not simply about how the homes appear when completed. It is about how naturally life can move through them.

What Is the Current Construction Status of ENZO?

As of July 13, 2026, the principal wood-frame structures are standing and the central courtyard is taking shape.

Upcoming project milestones include:

  • On-site Display Home: Fall 2026

  • Estimated move-in: Spring 2027

Each construction stage brings ENZO closer to welcoming its first residents—and gives future homeowners a clearer view of the privacy, separation and sense of home being created.
